Special Events Statement of Faith |
We believe in one Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ was and is the Son of God and that only through His life and teaching can people know God fully and rightly. We believe that Jesus died sacrificially for the sake of humankind; His perfect life was sacrificed for our imperfect lives. We believe that it is through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that one can comprehend God's love and find the power to live in obedience to God's will. We believe that the Holy Scriptures are the revealed Word of God and that the teaching contained therein is necessary for one to live a complete, whole, and holy life dedicated to the will of God. |
